Goods and prices

Color can shift a little from screen to fabric. Stock, price, and promotions can change; the checkout confirmation wins. What we ship follows the live product copy you confirmed and the order email.

If a price is wrong or we cannot supply the piece, we can cancel and refund in full.

Tracwells marks, layout, photography, and copy are protected. Do not use them on a mirror site, a wholesale catalog, or a scrape for model training without written permission.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tracwells is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, or lost profit. Liability tied to one order is capped at what you paid for that order.

Nothing here cuts rights the law says a consumer cannot give away.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Talk first. If that fails, courts at the Tracwells domicile hear the case, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.
