When it leaves

In-stock pieces go to the carrier within 48 hours of a paid order (weekends and public holidays slide). Preorder or restock dates sit on the product page.

We ship worldwide from the warehouse. United States, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and most other destinations are accepted at checkout. Restricted or sanctioned regions may be refused.

International transit is typically 7–21 business days after handover. Customs inspection can add time. A destination rate is confirmed when card or PayPal is connected; until then the $8.99 fee / free-over-$79 rule applies to every destination.

Shipping cost

Orders over $79 ship free; otherwise a $8.99 handling fee applies. International rates are calculated at checkout.

A second attempt after a bad address, a refusal, or an unclaimed parcel may be billed to the recipient.

30-day returns

Apparel and packs: tags on, unworn, unwashed, no wear or odor.

Shoes: no clear outsole wear, original box and extras included. Try them on indoors.

Sets must come back together. Tracwells pays both ways on a quality issue. Size or change-of-mind returns: you pay the inbound label; outbound shipping is not refunded.

How to start

Open the order in your account, or send the order number to tracwells@163.com. After we approve it you get a return address and label notes.

Refunds go back the original way within 5 business days of warehouse check-in. Exchanges ship if we have stock; otherwise we refund.

Damage and wrong items

Check the outer carton with the courier if you can. Water, crush, or a wrong piece: photograph it within 48 hours and write us. We reship first.
