How we collect, use, and protect your information

What we collect

Account and orders: name, phone, email, shipping address, what you bought, and payment status. Checkout is handled by a third party. Tracwells does not store full card numbers. This preview does not charge a card.

Support: whatever you send through Contact Us, email, or phone.

Technical data: browser type, approximate region, device, and access logs, used for security and uptime. Bag and wishlist live in your browser for now.

How we use it

To fulfill an order: ship, return, invoice, and after-sales.

To answer you: questions, complaints, sizing notes.

To improve the store: which categories people open. We do not sell data to ad networks.

To meet the law: tax, fraud prevention, and lawful requests from authorities.

Sharing and transfers

Carriers, payment processors, hosting, and email vendors see only what they need to do their job.

We do not sell your personal information. If a processor sits in another jurisdiction, we ask for protection that matches this policy.

Retention and security

Orders and invoices stay as long as accounting and consumer law require. Support notes usually close within 24 months unless a dispute is still open.

Access control, encryption in transit, and least privilege are the default. No system is perfectly safe. If an incident affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, limit, or export information about you, and you can withdraw marketing consent.

Write to tracwells@163.com with the subject Privacy Request. We will answer in a reasonable time. If you think the processing is unlawful, you can complain to your local data-protection or consumer authority.
