This is the down 3-in-1 cargo: a coated weather shell over a black baffled liner you can pull out. The outer is a wind- and water-shedding wide work leg with dual cargo zips and a dual-drawcord elastic waist. The inner is a quilted down pant with a knit cuff. Roll the shell hem and the liner shows — that is the three-way idea, not a sewn-in fleece.
